Gingerbread Pancakes

Barry was in NY on business for a couple of days, and we all miss him so much when he's gone.  He got in late last night after the kids were in bed and it's always so exciting for them when they wake up and he's here after being away.  This morning we decided to celebrate with some seasonal gingerbread pancakes!  YUM!
